Your ‘Dining with the Tides’ experience features a seven course tasting menu with highlights including scampi grilled with preserved lemons and garlic, and coriander and garlic confit of Muscovy duckling served with trumpet mushrooms and Parma ham.

See & doOrpheus is made for just chilling, but there are plenty of activities on offer to keep you as busy as you want. In addition to this you can arrange scuba diving, game fishing, take a tour of the reefs, go tropical fish-feeding, charter a seaplane or go on a cruise on the resort’s own catamaran. Phew.
