Go Luxe or Urban

Choose from two colour schemes in your quarters. Colourful Urban rooms have beamed warehouse ceilings, Japan black floorboards and vibrant throws or pillows. Calmer Luxe rooms have creamy colours and a more soothing vibe. All come with pure cotton sheets, generous marble or bluestone bathrooms (some with rainfall showers) and Bulgari bubbly stuff. Look out for the freshly-baked chocolate chip cookies, too.

Splash out on a penthouse suite, and it gets even better: an extravagantly huge bathroom with jacuzzi bath and twin sinks, and a metal and glass staircase rising to a gallery level where an impressively wide bed is piled with cushions.

Attention to detail is what makes Establishment extra special: room lighting with choose-your-mood settings and a touch-screen console, bathtubs designed to let you watch TV while soaking, fold-away bedside tables, iPod docks and a great Bose sound system.
