Eat & Drink
Dining in
Gourmet cuisine has found its home in the plush setting of Chateau de Noizay's restaurant with its golden paintwork, wall sconces and ornate mirrors. Your surroundings are however, no match for your meal, which may surprise with inventive tastes such as pan-fried foie gras poêlé with berry lentils and peanut glaze, grilled fillet of duck on cranberry marmalade with a hint of mustard, or a wicked pancake soufflé coated in apple cider toffee and topped off with apple liqueur sorbet.

Yes – from 7am until midnight.
See & Do
See & Do
There is a massive amount to see and do around here. Take a hot air balloon ride over the sumptuous châteaux of the Loire valley, or overtake everyone in a helicopter. Horseback rides are just around the corner, as is an 18 hole golf course. Get wet in a canoe ride down the Loire river, tour some of the region's historic castles, sun yourselves by the outdoor pool, go mountain bike riding in the woods or indulge the professional tennis star in you (or the kid that keeps beating his dad) and play on the hotel's own court. There are some world-class vineyards nearby, as well as the former home of Leonardo Da Vinci. Better get up early.
