The Pool bar serves cooling drinks, cocktails and healthy light snacks, while the restaurant serves a range of Greek and international dishes.

For the best treat, the rooftop Katikies restaurant (booking ahead is a must) offers the chance of open-air candlelit gourmet dining with spectacular views. You may even be lucky enough to see night-time fireworks let off on the volcano island.

Breakfast
Breakfast is served until 11am. Customised to your tastes (choose from Greek, American or continental) and accompanied by champagne if you want to start the day on a high, it wins huge plaudits from guests.  Don’t miss the Greek yoghurt and honey.

Stroll into the centre of Oia to enjoy its views, cafes and smart boutiques. There are free transfers to and from the beach, so don’t miss the chance to sunbathe on Santorini’s multi-hued volcanic sands.

Akrotiri – Santorini’s version of ancient Pompeii – is an ancient city preserved in volcanic ash just 3km away, and well worth exploring. You can also hire a 4WD, rent a scooter, take a boat trip or sunset cruise across the caldera from Ammoudi Port or go for a tasting at nearby wineries.
