Son Brull
Haven of designer luxe in former Mallorcan monastery

Eat & Drink
Dining in
Son Brull’s 365 gourmet restaurant has made a name for itself under the direction of head chef Joan Marc Garcias. Start your night with a cocktail and tapas in the bar, modishly set in the former olive press, or make a night of it with the seven-course tasting menu.
Inventive modern Mallorcan dishes include crunchy monkfish with curry, breast of duckling with kumquats and nuts, and couscous flavoured with coffee, chocolate and brandy. There are some great vegetarian dishes, and alfresco dining around the pool in warm weather. Lighter fare served during the day includes salads and club sandwiches.
Breakfast
Breakfast (poolside in summer) is served until 11am. Tuck into an impressive buffet laden with fresh Mediterranean fruit, hams, cheeses and croissants.
Room service
Available 24 hours a day.
See & Do
See & Do
You’ll probably opt to spend days around the pool – maybe with the odd burst of activity on Son Brull’s tennis court set among fig and carob trees. Golfers are well catered for, with discounted green fees at both the Pollença golf course (nine holes) next to the estate, and at the Robert Trent Jones designed Alcanada golf club, set against a backdrop of the Sierra de Levante mountains. Staff can also arrange yacht rental, boating and bicycles.
Turquoise coves like Cala de Sant Vicenç (one of Mallorca’s best) is ten minutes away. Nearby Puerto Pollença has a fine horseshoe shaped bay and sandy beaches, as well as the famous Pine Walk (great for evening strolls) past moored yachts and pavement cafes.
Spa
Mallorcan orange blossom, aloe vera, lavender, honey and rose form the basis of the oils and essences used in Son Brull’s pampering spa. Book a skin hydrating facial, a body firming treatment and wrap, or a deliciously unwinding massage.
