The well-travelled menu includes everything from Italian ravioli to Japanese tempura dishes. Turkish cuisine is big on meat, so tuck into favourites such as lamb cutlet or char-grilled fillet steak. There are plenty of vegetarian options too – try the goat’s cheese and aubergine soufflé.

Tuvana is right in the heart of Kaleici, the ancient centre of Antalya, so there are plenty of little winding streets to explore. Nearby sights include the ancient theatre at Perge – nearly two thousand years old –and the stunning Manavagat waterfall that tumbles down into the sea. Sun seekers can always head to the private beach an clear waters of  Mermerli, just 250m away.
