Eat & Drink
Lower Slaughter Manor's much acclaimed, AA 3 Rosette restaurant aims to celebrate the best of regional and seasonal produce. The style is modern European, and tasting menus are a speciality. Delicious starters include roasted quail with butternut squash, truffle and pumpkin seeds. Mains include breast and confit of mallard and loin of monkfish, and the blood orange souffle with pisatchio icecream is a great way to round off. There's also a light bites menu with sandwiches and salads.
Breakfast is served until 10.30am at weekends and until 10 on weekdays.
Available any time.
